There are 24 hours in a day.  Separated into three 8 hour segments, we can maximize productivity while prioritizing self-care and PEACE OF MIND.

A calm mind is a PRODUCTIVE MIND.  I have never had a client tell me that their job encourages them to prioritize their self-care, so I make it a point to emphasize that YOU PRIORITIZE SELF-CARE.

4 QUARTER WELLNESS PACKS

Seasonal Wellness Packs are designed to ASSESS and ADDRESS. First we assess the areas of concern and then we address them.  This is more than massage and energy work.  This is a comprehensive lifestyle overhaul, centered on SELF-CARE and STRESS MANAGEMENT.  Each season (Quarter) is designed to address your specific needs, in alignment with Earth's natural cycles.  This includes the use of specific blends of essential oils based on the season.  Each Quarter is broken down into 13-week segments. In those 13 weeks you will receive 10 massages/energy work, with 3 weeks of rest.  In between sessions you will be soaking, stretching, and carefully managing your stress levels.  At the end of the 13 weeks we will assess your needs as we move into the next season.

1st Quarter

This is the New Year - meaning new energy, rebirth, emerging from winter with renewed direction, new motivation, a new dedication to SELF.  Use these 13 weeks to set the intention for the rest of your year.

2nd Quarter

In this second season we have now emerged from our Spring (New Year) resolutions.  The year is in full swing and we get to enjoy the early fruits of our labor.  Use this time to move upwards and outwards, improving on what we began last quarter

autumn and harvest season

3rd Quarter

HARVEST SEASON - This is the time of the year where we get to see the fruits of our labor and prepare for the winter.  We assess our progress, reflect on strengths and challenges, mentally prepare for the new year.  This is a time of moving inwards

4th Quarter

In this season we go inwards.  This is a time for greater introspection, cultivation of energy, management of health, mental health, spiritual health, planning for the future and reflection on the past.
