Guiding Philosophy


One of the greatest contributors to our general discomfort is STRESS. How we store that stress in our bodies leads to headaches, back ache, muscle tension, etc.

You have to give your body permission to release the tension you are holding onto!

Trust in the Wisdom of your body.  Your body knows what it needs.  Sometimes your mind has to get out of the way, so your body can do what it knows how to do.


When we fly on a plane what do they tell us to do with the mask?

Put it on SELF FIRST.  

Many of us put the mask on our loved ones first, with no regard for our own well-being.  I encourage you to put the mask on yourSELF FIRST, THEN put the mask onto others.
